FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What brands ask us before they enquire — about scope, pricing, process and what results actually mean.

Working with Triple Eight

What does Triple Eight do?
Triple Eight — also known as 888 Marketing — is a creative marketing agency in Egypt working across six connected disciplines: brand strategy, visual identity, campaign creative and production, performance media, social and community, and analytics. The same senior team carries a brand from positioning through to the reporting on what the media produced.
Where is the agency based?
We are based in Egypt and work with brands in Cairo, Giza and across the country, in Arabic and English.
Do you work with brands outside kitchens and furniture?
Yes. The portfolio is concentrated in kitchens, furniture and interiors because that is where most of our work has been, but the practice applies to any brand whose product is bought visually and considered carefully.
Can we hire you for one discipline only?
Yes. Strategy, identity, production, media, social and analytics can each be engaged on their own, though they compound when run together.
How do we start?
Send an enquiry through the contact page or message us directly. We start with a short call about the business, the market and what you are trying to move, then send a written scope and fee before any work begins.

Pricing and scope

How much does a marketing agency cost in Egypt?
It varies with scope, output volume and how many channels are involved, which is why no serious agency can publish one figure. Triple Eight quotes projects at a fixed price and ongoing work as a monthly retainer, both agreed in writing before starting.
Do you offer packages?
No fixed packages. Scope is built around the objective, the production volume needed and the media budget available, so nobody pays for deliverables that do not serve the goal.
Is the ad budget included in the fee?
No. Media spend goes to the platforms and stays under your control; the agency fee covers planning, creative and management.
What is the minimum commitment?
Project work has no ongoing commitment. Retained work needs long enough for campaigns to leave the learning phase and for content to build recognition, and we agree that period up front.

Process and delivery

How does the process work?
Five steps: Discover, Strategize, Create, Launch, Optimize. Discovery and strategy define the position and the metric; creation produces the identity and the content; launch puts it into market; optimisation reads the reporting and decides the next round.
Who will we actually be working with?
A small senior team, directly. There are no layers between the people doing the work and the people paying for it.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, and the timeline is written into the proposal before work starts. Strategy is deliberately short; production and media are planned in cycles.
Do you work in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. Strategy, copy, on-screen text and subtitles are produced in Arabic, English or both, with layouts designed for right-to-left as well as left-to-right.

Results and reporting

Do you guarantee results?
No, and neither should anyone else. We agree the metric in advance, instrument it properly, report honestly on what moved, and change what is not working.
How soon will we see results?
Paid campaigns need to exit the learning phase and creative needs several variants in market before the data means anything. Brand recognition takes longer than lead volume. We agree the review point before starting so nobody is judging noise.
What will the reporting show?
The agreed metric, its movement, the most likely reason for that movement, and the recommended next step — not a wall of reach and impressions.
